Join us for this family-friendly community event featuring fun games and candy! Whether you’re volunteering or just coming to enjoy, everyone is welcome.
❄️ November 15 – Winter Preparedness Fair (Volunteer Opportunity)Location: 12003 NE Shaver St, Portland, OR 97220
Time: 11 AM – 2 PM
Additional shifts: Setup (starting 8 AM) and cleanup (until ~4 PM)

Details: Yin Yoga Space & Through The Trees Collective invite members of the local Black community for a monthly gathering centered on healing, mindfulness, and connection through Yin Yoga.
Donation: Sliding scale $5–$20
This class is reserved for individuals who identify as Black/African-American/African.

Time: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Volunteers (ages 16+) will help sort, organize, and distribute food donations supporting local families in need.
🧣 December TBA – Winter Essentials DrivePart 1: Collection of gently used or new winter essentials (coats, gloves, hats, socks, blankets, hygiene products, and non-perishable snacks) for women, men, and children.
Part 2: Distribution with Fountain Place representatives—serving meals and providing donated items to residents and community members.
