Greetings!
Welcome to our website, we hope you find it informative and inviting. As you scroll through, you will find information about our history, community service events, programs as well as a bit of information about our chapter and auxiliaries. Pi Alpha Zeta is comprised of a tenacious group of women whose dedication to community service is unwavering. As a Graduate Chapter unaffiliated with a university, members of Pi Alpha Zeta are professional women who continue to serve as a group and individually. Chapter members volunteer their time to serve the Portland Metro Area in many ways including volunteer hours, monetary donations and community outreach. Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated is an international community service organization established in 1920, under the principles of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood and Finer Womanhood. The Pi Alpha Zeta Chapter was chartered on January 4, 1995, in Portland, Oregon. The only graduate chapter in the state, we have proudly served “The City of Roses” for several decades. Our yearly calendar includes volunteering with various community groups and organizations, along with hosting our own programs and events. If you are a member of our Sisterhood, we extend a special welcome to you. Oregon currently has four Zeta chapters within the state, and we look forward to connecting with you. Guests who want to learn more about Zeta, our local chapters, membership or community partnerships, please use the “Contact Us” section of the website.
